In-person sessions are located in a quiet, comfortable and private consulting room at Sage Health Studio in Bermagui, a natural health clinic on the far South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Ample free parking is available within close proximity. And yes the beach above is located a short stroll across the road from the clinic space! Perfect for post session integration time.
Online video counselling sessions are also available via a safe and secure telehealth platform through Psychology Today. These sessions are extremely convenient for those who cannot make it into the clinic or have a preference for online support.
Each session will be an opportunity to explore what’s important for you at the present moment and an invitation to gently unpack where to from here in a supported, respectful, confidential manner with sensitivity and warmth.
Depending on what your focus is, possible lifestyle solutions and coping strategies to assist your process may be included in the process if of interest to you.

Sessions in-person are offered in room as pictured above and has access to natural light, heating & cooling, option for low light where preferred, & access to private bathroom facilities.
Fees for in-person/online session:
Individual Session : $140.00(AUD)* per 60-minute session payable on the day of appointment. Cash, bank transfer or card payments available.
Couples Session : $220.00(AUD)* for 60mins per couple payable on the day of appointment. Cash, bank transfer or card payments available.
Work Life Coaching : Package of 6x45min online video sessions over 6 consecutive weeks $700.00(AUD)*. Specifically addressing work life issues including self-advocacy, possible accommodations required, boundary setting, time management, home/work balance, career exploration, career transitions and change. Suitable for all work types/fields and levels, in particular allied health practitioners/social workers/community service workers. Payable in full at booking prior to 1st session. Note: this is different to clinical supervision but has some cross overs.
