Some are questioning whether what they are experiencing is burnout? or whether the career they are in, marriage or intimate relationship needs some help. Some often feel they know what they ‘should’ be doing but the motivation just isn’t there at the moment.

My name is Rebecca Creighton and I offer a private practice counselling service supporting individuals & couples who are looking to develop a deeper understanding of their distress & a wider range of coping strategies to feel better emotionally, make some positive change and generally to enjoy their lives more.
My approach is holistic & compassionate, trauma aware and grounded in evidence based attachment and developmental theories. Sessions are gently paced where gentle curiosity is invited & supported through mindfulness techniques in hope to develop a greater awareness of your whole experience, including body and breath.
Whether it’s a current, past or anticipated issue that is causing distress, or something emotionally difficult you just can’t put your finger on what you choose to bring will be welcomed with complete respect & sensitivity
Based on the Far South Coast of NSW, Australia, I offer sessions face-to-face & online. If you’re local to the area, getting support in the community you live can feel a little nerve wracking for some. Rest assured I understand this and always uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
